Brooke was found in a city near Bistrița and was fortunately saved by our foster home Lilly. She had great luck, as she was just narrowly attacked by a larger dog and was able to get to safety in time. Since then, she has lived in a foster home, currently unfortunately still on a leash, as the fence there is not secure. Despite this difficult start, Brooke shows herself to be a loving female dog who enjoys the company of humans and is very happy about affection. She is friendly, gentle, and open in her interactions with her surroundings. She gets along well with other dogs, as she currently lives with several other dogs. She is also compatible with cats, showing curiosity and being unproblematic around them. Visually, Brooke is a particularly beautiful female dog with soft, spotted fur and her sweet knick ears, which give her a very charming and unique appearance. Brooke also has a shortened tail. This does not affect her in any way, although she unfortunately cannot be rehomed to Switzerland. Her new family should be aware that Brooke has not yet experienced life in a loving family. She still needs to learn the entire dog ABC and is currently still in the middle of her development. Here, she needs people who meet her with much patience, love, and understanding, guiding her step by step into everyday life and giving her security. Leash walking, house training, and being left alone are still completely new to her. In her development, she will certainly test boundaries and may even forget what she has learned. With clear structures, positive reinforcement, and enough time, she will develop into a wonderful companion. Ihre Geschichte: Brooke wurde in einer Stadt in der Nähe von Bistrița ausgesetzt und konnte glücklicherweise von unserer Pflegestelle Lilly gerettet werden. Sie hatte großes Glück, denn sie wurde nur knapp von einem größeren Hund angegriffen und konnte gerade noch rechtzeitig in Sicherheit gebracht werden. Seitdem lebt sie in einer Pflegestelle, aktuell jedoch leider noch an der Kette, da der Zaun dort nicht sicher ist. Trotz dieses schwierigen Starts zeigt sich Brooke als liebe Hündin, die die Nähe von Menschen genießt und sich über Zuwendung sehr freut. Sie ist freundlich, sanft und offen im Umgang mit ihrer Umgebung. Mit anderen Hunden versteht sie sich gut, da sie aktuell mit mehreren Hunden zusammenlebt. Auch mit Katzen ist sie verträglich und zeigt sich ihnen gegenüber neugierig und unproblematisch. Optisch ist Brooke eine besonders hübsche Hündin mit weichem, geflecktem Fell und ihren süßen Knickohren, die ihr ein sehr charmantes und einzigartiges Erscheinungsbild verleihen. Brooke hat zudem eine verkürzte Rute. Diese beeinträchtigt sie in keiner Weise, allerdings darf sie damit leider nicht in die Schweiz vermittelt werden. Ihrer neuen Familie sollte bewusst sein, dass Brooke das Leben in einer liebevollen Familie noch nicht kennt. Sie muss noch das gesamte Hunde-ABC lernen und befindet sich zudem noch mitten in der Entwicklung. Hier braucht sie Menschen, die ihr mit viel Geduld, Liebe und Verständnis begegnen, sie Schritt für Schritt an den Alltag heranführen und ihr Sicherheit geben. Leinenführigkeit, Stubenreinheit und Alleinbleiben sind für sie noch völlig neu. In ihrer Entwicklung wird sie sicherlich auch Grenzen austesten und möglicherweise bereits Gelerntes wieder „vergessen“. Mit klaren Strukturen, positiver Bestärkung und ausreichend Zeit wird sie sich jedoch zu einer wunderbaren Begleiterin entwickeln. Eine positiv arbeitende Hundeschule kann dabei eine wertvolle Unterstützung sein und hilft, die Bindung zu stärken. Brooke ist eine sanfte, liebe junge Hündin, die trotz ihres schwierigen Starts voller Vertrauen in die Zukunft blickt und bereit ist, ihr eigenes Zuhause zu finden.
