Clem

Male · Adult · 4 years

Clem was taken in by the association at the request of the police. Upon intake, he was very thin, hairless, and had injuries on his front legs and paw pads. Nothing is known of his past, but he was saved just in time and must have suffered greatly in the past: he likely had a non-treated front leg fracture. It doesn’t hinder his walking, but sometimes when he sits, he doesn’t fully rest on his front leg. Since his arrival with his foster family, he has had a specific diet. He has gained weight quickly and has also had treatment for his skin condition (ringworm), which is now just a distant memory. However, he holds no grudge against humans as he is very affectionate and very eager for cuddles. He is a cuddle machine! He adores human contact. When he doesn’t know them, a few days are enough for him to get used to them. He is curious and will explore new places. At night, he likes to sleep on the bed with his foster family. Clem is very endearing and deserves his own family who will take care of him and give him all the love he hasn’t had. Sociability: Clem must be the only animal in the family as he does not get along with cats or dogs. Cleanliness: no issues. Diet: he eats wet food in the morning and evening and dry kibble. Environment: Clem is adoptable in a house or apartment without outdoor access. CLEM is microchipped, vaccinated against rabies and feline flu, and treated for fleas and worms. He is neutered. He is adoptable in Ile-de-France under an associative contract with the Refuge Rêves de Chiens. A financial contribution corresponding to the veterinary expenses incurred will be requested. About Clem

What life with Clem looks like

Clem is a large adult cat waiting at 30 Millions d'Amis in Paris.

An adult cat usually shows their personality within a week. Give them a quiet room with everything they need (food, water, litter, hiding spot) and let them choose when to explore. Don't force interaction — every cat decides for themselves when a new home counts as home.

🇫🇷Adopting from France

French refuges follow the SPA framework: adopters sign a cession contract that includes sterilization, vaccinations, microchip identification, and rabies passport. Fees are typically €150–€300. Many refuges work with rescue transport partners for cross-border placements.

Frequently asked

Adopting Clem, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Clem?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. 30 Millions d'Amis handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Clem on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Clem if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — 30 Millions d'Amis will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Clem already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Clem isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with 30 Millions d'Amis early rather than rehoming privately; they know Clem and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (FR). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
