On our way back from the pharmacy, we encountered him, sticking his nose out of a ditch. Thin, skeletal, and so weak he couldn't push himself out. A toothless old man, in very poor physical condition when found, but now much better. We don't know anything about him, but just looking into his eyes for a moment while he's sitting next to us on the front seat, it was easy to imagine all the pain he must have endured over the years until now. Indefinite age, but he's probably around 12 or 13 years old. Nonno Lino is now with us at the animal shelter, and we will try to give him all the love possible and the care that he probably never had. animal shelter Zampesarde. Di rientro dalla farmacia ci siamo imbattuti in lui, che ha messo il muso fuori da una cunetta. Magro, scheletrico e privo di forze a tal punto da non riuscire a darsi la spinta per uscire da lì.Un nonnino sdentato, in pessime condizioni fisiche in fase di ritrovamento ma ora sta molto meglio. Non sappiamo nulla di lui, ma è bastato guardarlo negli occhi anche solo per un momento, mentre è qui accanto a noi sul sedile anteriore, per immaginare tutto il dolore che abbia potuto vivere per anni, fino adesso. Età indefinita ma avrà sui 12/13 anni.Nonno LINO da oggi è da noi in Rifugio, e cercheremo di dargli tutto l’amore possibile e le cure che probabilmente non ha mai avuto.Rifugio Zampesarde.
