Socke is looking for his forever home. Socke is a lovable mixed breed dog who sadly has to leave his home and is now looking for a new family where he can truly belong. The charming fellow currently lives in a house with a garden and enjoys this environment very much. He is very family-oriented, attached, and would like to be in the middle of everything. Socke loves children - to him they are welcome playmates! However, due to his sometimes somewhat energetic nature, they should be firm. Socke keeps a good eye on his home and reliably reports when someone unfamiliar approaches. He is initially a bit skeptical towards strangers, but warms up quickly and then enjoys attention and cuddles even more. The active dog needs enough exercise and mental stimulation. He is motivated, likes to work together with his human and is happy about shared activities. He knows the basic commands, but sometimes charmly tests if he really has to follow them - here, loving consistency and clear leadership are required. Socke gets along well with the cats living in the house. Strangers cats on "his" property, however, he sees as intruders and chases them accordingly. Socke is a wonderful dog with a lot of heart, who wishes nothing more than to be a permanent member of his family. Whoever gives him time, structure and affection will get a loyal companion for life. Socke sucht sein Für-immer-Zuhause Socke ist ein liebenswerter Mischlingsrüde, der schweren Herzens sein Zuhause verliert und nun auf der Suche nach einer neuen Familie ist, bei der er voll und ganz dazugehören darf. Der charmante Kerl lebt aktuell in einem Haus mit Garten und genießt dieses Umfeld sehr. Er ist absolut familienbezogen, anhänglich und möchte am liebsten immer mitten im Geschehen sein. Kinder findet Socke großartig – für ihn sind sie willkommene Spielpartner! Aufgrund seiner manchmal etwas stürmischen Art sollten sie jedoch schon standfest sein. Socke hat sein Zuhause gut im Blick und meldet zuverlässig, wenn sich jemand Fremdes nähert. Unbekannten gegenüber zeigt er sich anfangs etwas skeptisch, taut aber schnell auf und genießt dann umso mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Streicheleinheiten. Der aktive Rüde braucht ausreichend Bewegung und auch geistige Auslastung. Er ist motiviert, arbeitet gerne mit seinem Menschen zusammen und freut sich über gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Die Grundkommandos kennt er, testet aber hin und wieder charmant aus, ob er sie wirklich ausführen muss – hier sind liebevolle Konsequenz und klare Führung gefragt. Mit den im Haushalt lebenden Katzen versteht sich Socke gut. Fremde Katzen auf „seinem“ Grundstück hingegen sieht er eher als Eindringlinge und jagt sie entsprechend. Socke ist ein wunderbarer Hund mit viel Herz, der sich nichts mehr wünscht, als ein festes Mitglied seiner Familie zu sein.
