In the spirit of a placement assistance, we are seeking a new home for the affectionate tomcat Tom. Tom currently lives with his owners, who will forward any inquiries to us. Tom is approximately 10 years old, a black German Shorthair tomcat with a charming and cuddly figure and a huge need for closeness. If he likes cuddles, he begins to salivate contentedly right away – a true heartthrob for people who love to cuddle and spend time with their cat. Tom especially enjoys being scratched on his head and back. He is a bit more sensitive at the base of his tail, and shows his belly only to people he truly trusts. Once his heart is won, he is a loyal and well-socialized companion. With other cats, Tom decides based on mutual affection. He does not get along with every fellow animal but had already made a feline friend in the neighborhood. An individual home or a home with a quiet, suitable feline companion would therefore be possible. Tom was adopted from a foster station about ten years ago. As a baby, he was rescued from a car on a hot summer day – since then, he has developed into a well-groomed and lovable tomcat. He is neutered and has always been regularly dewormed, vaccinated, and treated for fleas and ticks. For Tom, we wish for a quiet, loving home where he can arrive and receive many cuddles. Im Rahmen einer Vermittlungshilfe suchen wir für den liebevollen Kater Tom ein neues Zuhause. Tom lebt aktuell noch bei seinen Besitzern, die Anfragen werden über uns weitergeleitet. Tom ist etwa 10 Jahre alt, ein schwarzer Deutscher Kurzhaar-Kater mit einer charmant-moppeligen Figur und einem ganz großen Bedürfnis nach Nähe. Wenn ihm Streicheleinheiten gefallen, beginnt er sofort zufrieden zu sabbern – ein echtes Herzenskätzchen für Menschen, die gern kuscheln und Zeit mit ihrer Katze verbringen. Besonders gern wird Tom am Köpfchen und Rücken gekrault. Am Schwanzansatz ist er etwas empfindlicher, und seinen Bauch zeigt er nur Menschen, denen er wirklich vertraut. Hat man sein Herz gewonnen, ist er ein treuer und verschmuster Begleiter. Mit anderen Katzen entscheidet bei Tom die Sympathie. Grundsätzlich versteht er sich nicht mit jedem Artgenossen, hatte jedoch bereits einen Katzenfreund in der Nachbarschaft. Eine Einzelhaltung oder ein Zuhause mit ruhiger, passender Katzengesellschaft wäre daher denkbar. Tom wurde vor rund zehn Jahren aus einer Pflegestation adoptiert. Als Baby wurde er an einem heißen Sommertag aus einem Auto gerettet – seitdem hat er sich zu einem gepflegten und liebenswerten Kater entwickelt. Er ist kastriert und wurde stets regelmäßig entwurmt, geimpft sowie gegen Zecken und Flöhe behandelt.
