Ihre Geschichte: Die noch so kleine Wanda blickt auf eine Zeit der Entbehrungen und großen Unsicherheit zurück. Gemeinsam mit ihrer Mutter und fünf Geschwistern wurde die schüchterne Maus in einem Kur- und Ferienort unweit Bistritas entdeckt und gerettet. Unsere unermüdlichen Tierschützer suchen dort immer wieder nach ausgesetzten Fellnasen oder versorgen die vielen Streuner mit Futter. Wir vermuten, dass die Familie einfach ausgesetzt wurde und sind überglücklich, dass sie rechtzeitig in Sicherheit gebracht wurde. Wanda ist aktuell noch von den Strapazen ihrer ersten Lebenswochen gezeichnet. Sie reagiert ängstlich auf die Dinge und Menschen um sich herum. Es wird Zeit und Geduld brauchen, bis Wanda das Gefühl von Sicherheit erlangt. Deshalb sollte sie nicht überfordert, sondern ganz behutsam an ihre neue Umgebung gewöhnt werden. Auch das Welpen-1×1 muss sie in aller Ruhe lernen dürfen, denn übermäßige Strenge werden Wanda mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit stark einschüchtern. Die zuckersüße Maus mit der ganz eigenen Fellzeichnung sollte in einer ruhigen Umgebung aufwachsen dürfen. Wir gehen davon aus, dass sie, sobald Vertrauen und Sicherheit ihr Leben stärken, spannende Hunde-Runden und die ein oder andere Agility-Einheit sehr lieben wird. Ein kuscheliges Körbchen in der Nähe ihres Herrchens bzw. Frauchens werden sie zusätzlich stärken. Nicht vergessen werden sollte, dass die Pubertät bald vor der Tür steht. Während dieser Zeit der hormonellen Umstellung wird Wanda vermutlich die ein oder andere Grenze austesten oder ein wenig vergesslich sowie aufmüpfig sein. Hier ist Gelassenheit gefragt, denn die Pubertät geht vorüber. Danach wird Wanda, erwachsen und folgsam, als loyale Begleiterin an der Seite ihres Lebensmenschen stehen. Ist Wanda deine Traumhündin? Ihr Köfferchen ist gepackt. Sie kann nach positiver Vorkontrolle und gegen eine Schutzgebühr – gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht – viel Liebe in dein Leben zaubern und bringt ihren EU-Heimtierausweis mit. Über eine Pflegestelle würde sich unsere noch sehr schüchterne Wanda natürlich auch erst einmal riesig freuen.
