STRZAŁA is a very young female dog who came to the animal shelter as an approximately 10-month-old, unhandled puppy. She was found, so her previous history remains unknown. The beginning was very difficult for her. She avoided contact with people, did not allow herself to be touched, and the presence of humans caused her strong fear. She also did not know how to walk on a leash - this experience was completely new for her and she reacted with panic, trying to chew through the attached leash. Over time, she started to make progress. Currently, she is doing better during walks, especially when accompanied by one of the dogs she lives with. However, she is still very alert and tense, as if constantly expecting a threat. In the kennel, she usually hides in the hut, looking for a sense of security. People are still a source of fear for her - she is afraid of every person entering the kennel, although she does not show aggression. The exception is the sector caregiver, whose presence causes her joy and tail wagging - she is the one who takes care of her every day. STRZAŁA needs time to trust humans. A calm, confident second dog would help in her adaptation. Also necessary would be appropriate precautions, such as anti-escape harnesses. This is a female dog with very high sensitivity and shyness, therefore she needs a responsible caregiver who will approach her with patience and calmness.

Strzała to młodziutka sunia, która jako około 10-miesięczny, nieoswojony szczeniak trafiła do schroniska. Została znaleziona, dlatego jej wcześniejsze losy pozostają nieznane. Początki były dla niej bardzo trudne. Unikała kontaktu z człowiekiem, nie dawała się dotknąć, a obecność ludzi wywoływała u niej silny strach. Nie znała też chodzenia na smyczy – to doświadczenie było dla niej całkowicie nowe i reagowała na nie paniką, próbując przegryźć przypiętą smycz. Z czasem zaczęła robić postępy. Obecnie podczas spacerów radzi sobie coraz lepiej, szczególnie gdy towarzyszy jej jeden z psów, z którymi mieszka. Nadal jednak jest bardzo czujna i spięta, jakby stale spodziewała się zagrożenia. W boksie zwykle kryje się w budce, szukając tam poczucia bezpieczeństwa. Ludzie wciąż są dla niej źródłem lęku – boi się każdej osoby wchodzącej do boksu, choć nie przejawia agresji. Wyjątkiem jest opiekunka sektora, której obecność wywołuje u niej radość i merdanie ogonem – to właśnie ona codziennie się nią zajmuje. Strzała potrzebuje czasu, by zaufać człowiekowi. W adaptacji pomógłby jej spokojny, pewny siebie drugi pies. Konieczne będzie także odpowiednie zabezpieczenie, na przykład szelki antyucieczkowe.
