Hope es una perra adorable, de raza Labrador negro, con un gran corazón y cola que se mueve con alegría. Es una chica dulce que ama caminar suavemente y recibir mucha atención. El dueño de Hope falleció y ella espera encontrar pronto su hogar para siempre con la ayuda de Chilterns Dog Rescue en Tring, Herts. Hope tiene 8 años (Nacimiento: 6.3.2018) y pesa 22,6 kg. Busca un hogar tranquilo con alguien que esté presente la mayor parte del tiempo. Alguien que entienda su nerviosismo inicial mientras se adapta y construye un vínculo. Debido a una lesión en la pata delante cuando era cachorro, Hope necesitará caminatas suaves. No hay historial de experiencia de viaje de Hope. A Hope le necesita un hogar donde no haya niños, pero podría convivir con niños mayores tranquilos (12 años o más). Está entrenada para hacer sus necesidades en casa y es limpia en el hogar. También puede quedarse sola durante períodos cortos. Hope es buena con otros perros suaves, pero preferiría ser el único perro en el hogar y no se sabe si podría vivir con gatos. Hope sufrió una fractura en su pata delantera derecha cuando era cachorro y tiene cierta artrosis; actualmente toma Metacam para ayudar con esto y beneficia de tomar un suplemento para las articulaciones. Tien un historial de infecciones recurrentes en las orejas aunque no ha habido evidencia de esto desde que está en rescate. Se recomienda una dieta hipalergénica como medida preventiva. Hope recientemente tuvo una revisión dental y cinco dientes fueron retirados pero se recuperó bien. **Reserved** Hope is a lovely, female, black Labrador with a big heart and waggy tail. She is a sweet girl that loves a gentle walk and lots of fuss. Hope's owner passed away and she's hoping to find her forever home soon with the help of Chilterns Dog Rescue in Tring, Herts. Hope is 8 years old (DOB: 6.3.2018) and weighs 22.6kg. She is looking for a quiet home with someone who is around most of the time. Someone who understands her initial nervousness while she settles in and builds a bond. Due to a leg injury when she was a puppy, Hope will need gentle walks. There is no history of Hope's travel experience. Hope needs a home where there are no children, she but could cope with older visiting, calm children (12 years upwards). She is house-trained and clean in the home. Hope can also be left alone for short periods. Hope is good with other gentle dogs but would prefer to be the only dog in the home and it's not known if she could live with cats. Hope had a fracture to her right front leg as a puppy and has some arthritis; she is currently on Metacam to help with this and is benefitting from having a joint supplement. Hope has a history of recurrent ear infections although there has not been any evidence of this since she has been in rescue. A hypoallergenic diet as a preventative measure is recommended. Hope recently had a dental and had five teeth removed but has recovered well.
