Conoce a Ava - nuestra hermosa perra de 11 años pastora cruzada. Ava es una pequeña princesa que adora sus comodidades en casa. Le gusta lo sencillo en la vida: un lugar cómodo para relajarse, sus juguetes suaves y un buen juego de persecución de pelotas. Una vez que se sienta segura y establecida, el lado tierno de Ava brilla verdaderamente y le encanta ser el centro de atención, disfrutando de toda la atención de sus personas favoritas. Ava tiene un lado sensible y nervioso, por lo tanto busca un hogar paciente y comprensivo donde pueda hacer las cosas a su propio ritmo. Necesitará adoptantes que estén felices de darle el tiempo y el espacio necesarios para construir confianza y encontrar su seguridad. Sería más feliz en un hogar tranquilo y podría convivir con niños mayores de 16 años que entiendan cuando necesita su espacio. Ava puede sentirse preocupada alrededor de otros perros, por lo tanto busca ser el único animal de compañía en el hogar y preferiría áreas de paseo más tranquilas donde pueda relajarse y disfrutar sus salidas sin mucha actividad y necesitaría su propio jardín seguro y privado donde pueda pasear y relajarse. En su anterior hogar Ava estaba cómoda siendo dejada durante aproximadamente 2 horas y estaba entrenada para ir al baño pero quizás necesite un pequeño refresco en estos aspectos.

Ava came into our care with a docked tail. Tail docking is illegal in the UK, except for essential medical reasons or for certain breeds of working dogs. We are against unnecessary tail docking and do not condone it Meet Ava - our beautiful 11 year old Spaniel cross Ava is a little princess who adores her home comforts. She enjoys the simple things in life - a cosy spot to relax, her soft toys, and a good game of ball chasing. Once she feels safe and settled, Ava's affectionate side truly shines and she loves being the centre of attention, soaking up all the fuss from her favourite people. Ava does have a sensitive, nervous side, so she's looking for a patient and understanding home where she can take things at her own pace. She'll need adopters who are happy to give her the time and space she needs to build trust and find her confidence. She would be happiest in a quieter household and could live with older children - 16+ who understand when she needs her own space. Ava can be worried around other dogs, so she's looking to be the only pet in the home and would prefer quieter walking areas where she can relax and enjoy her outings without too much going on and would need her own secure, private garden where she can have potter and unwind. In her previous home Ava was comfortable being left for around 2 hours and was housetrained but may need a little refresher in these areas.
