Découvrez Ava - notre magnifique chienne croisée Spaniel âgée de 11 ans. Elle est une petite princesse qui adore ses commodités à la maison. Elle apprécie les choses simples de la vie : un endroit confortable pour se reposer, ses jouets doux, et un bon jeu de poursuite de balle. Une fois qu'elle se sent en sécurité et installée, le côté affectueux d'Ava brille véritablement et elle aime être au centre de l'attention, profitant de toute l'attention de ses personnes préférées. Ava a un côté sensible et nerveux, donc elle recherche un foyer patient et compréhensif où elle pourra avancer à son propre rythme. Elle aura besoin d'adoptants qui seront heureux de lui accorder le temps et l'espace nécessaires pour construire sa confiance et trouver son assurance. Elle serait plus heureuse dans un foyer plus calme et pourrait vivre avec des enfants plus âgés - 16 ans et plus - qui comprennent quand elle a besoin de son espace personnel. Ava peut être inquiète en présence d'autres chiens, donc elle cherche à être le seul animal de compagnie dans la maison et préférerait des zones de promenade plus calmes où elle pourra se détendre et profiter de ses sorties sans trop d'agitation, et aurait besoin d'un jardin sécurisé et privé où elle pourra se promener et se détendre. Dans son précédent foyer, Ava était confortable lorsqu'on la laissait pendant environ 2 heures et était propre, mais pourrait avoir besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement dans ces domaines.

Ava came into our care with a docked tail. Tail docking is illegal in the UK, except for essential medical reasons or for certain breeds of working dogs. We are against unnecessary tail docking and do not condone it Meet Ava - our beautiful 11 year old Spaniel cross Ava is a little princess who adores her home comforts. She enjoys the simple things in life - a cosy spot to relax, her soft toys, and a good game of ball chasing. Once she feels safe and settled, Ava's affectionate side truly shines and she loves being the centre of attention, soaking up all the fuss from her favourite people. Ava does have a sensitive, nervous side, so she's looking for a patient and understanding home where she can take things at her own pace. She'll need adopters who are happy to give her the time and space she needs to build trust and find her confidence. She would be happiest in a quieter household and could live with older children - 16+ who understand when she needs her own space. Ava can be worried around other dogs, so she's looking to be the only pet in the home and would prefer quieter walking areas where she can relax and enjoy her outings without too much going on and would need her own secure, private garden where she can have potter and unwind. In her previous home Ava was comfortable being left for around 2 hours and was housetrained but may need a little refresher in these areas.
