Gio est arrivé au refuge avec son petit ami Gojo, tous les deux sans puces électroniques, sans humains. Ils ont été trouvés dans la rue et personne n'est jamais venu les chercher. Les chiens ne tombent pas de Mars, et aucun des deux n'était en mauvais état physique non plus, donc ils doivent provenir d'un certain type de maison. Quoi qu'il en soit, Gojo, l'ami de Gio, est déjà réservé pour l'adoption, mais Gio cherche toujours une famille... Gio est un garçon joyeux qui a besoin de quelques moments avec de nouvelles personnes pour les connaître avant de révéler sa tendre côté. Mais une fois qu'il vous connaît un peu et voit que vous êtes là pour l'aimer, ses yeux s'illuminent, et il devient un chat ronronnant, posant sa tête sur votre côté, sous votre bras, pour l'attention et la proximité. Des deux, Gojo est le joueur fou, et Gio est plus équilibré et stable, mais en réalité, c'est juste un jeune garçon qui veut être joueuse et libre, dans un environnement sûr et sécurisant. Le premier mois au refuge a été très difficile pour Gio, il se sentait inquiet autour de tous les chiens qui aboyaient, et n'avait pas la confiance nécessaire pour gérer les chiens dominants passant devant lui, donc il aboyait et tirait sur la laisse. Maintenant, il est plus confiant et s'est mieux adapté à la vie au refuge, donc il gère les autres chiens "menaçants" de manière plus calme, sachant maintenant qu'il peut faire confiance aux humains pour s'occuper de lui. Gio aime vraiment les autres chiens, mais nous pensons qu'il ne se sentait simplement pas en sécurité. Gio cherche une maison sûre et compréhensive, où il pourra prendre son temps pour se sentir en sécurité et pris en charge - une famille qui comprendra qu'il ne viendra probablement pas vous embrasser le premier jour, mais que vous pourrez probablement voler un baiser le deuxième jour ! Nous préférons une maison sans enfants petits pour Gio, pour son tranquillité. La hauteur de l'épaule de Gio est d'environ 66 cm.

Gio arrived to the shelter with his smaller young friend Gojo, both of them without microchips, without humans. They were found on the street and noone ever came looking for them again. Dogs don't fall from Mars, and neither of them was in a bad physical state either, so they must have come from some sort of a home. Either way, Gio's friend Gojo is already reserved for adoption, but Gio is still looking for a family..... Gio is cheerful boy, who just needs a few moments with new people, to get to know them, before he let's his soft side show. But once he knows you a bit and sees you are there to love him, his eyes light up, and he turns into a purring cat, putting his head on your side, under your arm, for attention and closeness. From the two of them Gojo is the running goofy guy, and Gio is more balanced and steady, but actually he is just a young boy, who wants to be playful and free, in a safe and secure environment. The first month in the shelter was very hard for Gio, he was feeling insecure around all the barking dogs, and did not have the confidence to handle dominant dogs passing him, so he was barking and pulling on the leash. Now he is more self-confident and more settled into the shelter life, so he is handling passing other "threatening" dogs in a calmer manner, knowing now that he can trust the humans to take care of him. Gio actually likes other dogs, but we believe he just did not feel safe. Gio is looking for a safe and understanding home, where he can take his time at first for feeling secure and taken care of - a family who will understand that he probably won't come and kiss you on the first date, but you can probably already steal a kiss on the second date! We would prefer a home without small children for Gio, for his peace and quiet. Gio's shoulder height is approximately 66cm.
