Je m'appelle Kenny, un Siamois gentil et orienté vers les humains qui adore être avec les gens. Bien que j'aie montré un certain intérêt pour certains jouets, je suis souvent plus prudent qu'actif et je peux être un peu effrayé par eux. L'une de mes choses préférées est le temps sur les genoux, j'adore me rouler en boule avec les gens et je saute volontiers sur vos genoux dès que j'en ai l'occasion. Je peux être un peu exigeant en matière d'attention parfois et je vais peut-être frotter ma tête dans vos mains au lieu de me calmer tout de suite, mais c'est tout simplement partie de ma nature affectueuse. La plupart du temps, vous me trouverez à me détendre, mais je suis toujours excité de voir les gens rentrer ou s'asseoir pour des câlin. Je ne suis pas très bruyant, surtout pour un Siamois, ce qui me rend assez calme et facile à vivre. J'ai récemment fait retirer un petit kyste sur ma zone du cou et j'ai eu une dentition, le personnel du Bristol ARC s'est vraiment bien occupé de moi, mais maintenant je suis prêt à aller vers de nouveaux pâturages. Je dois être un chat de maison et ne pas pouvoir sortir, j'ai une vision très limitée. On a découvert que j'ai une atrophie rétinienne progressive suspectée, cela semble effrayant mais c'est une condition qui peut entraîner la cécité, cependant, c'est une maladie qui progresse lentement. I’m Kenny, a sweet and people-orientated Siamese who really enjoys being with humans. Whilst I’ve shown some interest in certain toys, I am often more cautious than playful and can get a little startled by them. One of my favourite things is lap time, I love curling up with people and will happily jump onto your lap whenever I get the chance. I can be a bit demanding for attention at times and may keep rubbing my head into your hands instead of settling straight away, but it’s all part of my affectionate nature. Most of the day you’ll find me loafing around relaxing, though I’m always excited to see people come home or sit down for cuddles. I’m not overly vocal, especially for a Siamese, which makes me fairly calm and easy to live with. I have recently had a small cyst removed from my neck area and received a dental, the staff at Bristol ARC have really taken care of me but I am now ready to head off to pastures new. I do need to be a house cat and unable to venture outside, I have very limited vision. It was discovered that I have suspected progressive retinal atrophy, it sounds scary but it is something that can lead to blindness, however, it is a condition that will progress slowly.
