A ELECTRA was rescued from a colony, along with her littermates. Now, she is ready to find a family of her own. She immediately won our hearts because we rarely find such a sweet cat. She is extremely gentle, adores human company, and lives for attention. She loves to be held and constantly seeks human contact. It will be hard to find a better feline companion than the ELECTRA. Unfortunately, she tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), but this should not deter potential adopters. In reality, it is not a serious issue, and FIV-positive cats can live long and healthy lives. FIV is only transmitted to other cats through saliva, usually during fights with bites. If cats live peacefully together, FIV-positive and negative cats can cohabitate without problems. Regardless, the ELECTRA would likely also be happy as a single cat, as what she loves most is the company of people. She is FELV negative. The ELECTRA will be delivered vaccinated, dewormed, spayed, and microchipped.
