Jaspis is about 11 years old. Life never spoiled him - he came to us from an animal shelter in Wojtyszkach and only here he slowly learns that a person can mean something good. He is still cautious and uncertain, but looking at Jaspis it's easy to notice that he really wants to trust. He reacts positively to working with a person and socialization, although he is not always able to find his way in new situations. He knows the basics of walking on a leash and is gradually taking small steps forward. He gets along well with other animals - both males, females, and cats. The presence of a calm, social dog in the house could greatly help him in further opening up to the world. He would best fit in a house with a garden, in a quiet place, where he can live without pressure and build a relationship with a caregiver at his own pace. Jaspis doesn't need much. A little patience, a little support, and a person who will show him that even in old age you can still feel safe and loved.

Jaspis ma około 11 lat. Życie nigdy go nie rozpieszczało – trafił do nas ze schroniska w Wojtyszkach i dopiero tutaj powoli uczy się, że człowiek może oznaczać coś dobrego. Wciąż bywa ostrożny i niepewny, ale patrząc na Jaspisa łatwo zauważyć, że bardzo chce zaufać. Pozytywnie reaguje na pracę z człowiekiem i socjalizację, choć jeszcze nie zawsze potrafi odnaleźć się w nowych sytuacjach. Zna podstawy chodzenia na smyczy i stopniowo robi kolejne małe kroki naprzód. Dobrze odnajduje się w towarzystwie innych zwierząt – zarówno samców, suczek, jak i kotów. Obecność spokojnego, socjalnego psa w domu mogłaby bardzo pomóc mu w dalszym otwieraniu się na świat. Najlepiej odnalazłby się w domu z ogrodem, w spokojnym miejscu, gdzie będzie mógł żyć bez presji i w swoim tempie budować relację z opiekunem. Jaspis nie potrzebuje wiele. Trochę cierpliwości, trochę wsparcia i człowieka, który pokaże mu, że na starość też można jeszcze poczuć się bezpiecznie i kochanym.
