Kira arrived at the refuge in August 2025 after being rescued by a couple who noticed she was not living the life she deserved. From the very beginning, she showed what a gentle and affectionate dog she is, and she settled into refuge life quickly with a calm and friendly nature.She walks nicely on the lead and is comfortable and relaxed around people, enjoying attention and companionship. Kira has a soft, sweet personality and takes everything in her stride, making her an easy dog to spend time with.She was recently adopted and enjoyed being in a home environment, where she settled in very well and showed how much she benefits from family life. Unfortunately, she has had to return to the refuge through no fault of her own, as her adopters were relocating and were unable to take a dog into their new accommodation.It is clear that Kira thrives in a home setting, and it would be wonderful for her to find another loving family soon. She has already experienced how well she fits into home life, and she truly deserves the chance to settle again, this time permanently, in a stable and caring environment where she can continue to flourish.
