Since then, she has shown a personality as special as she is endearing. Aerys is a shy cat around people at first, but she deeply enjoys the calm, gentle petting, and especially play. Aerys is no ordinary cat: her way of relating is unique, and those who know how to respect her times and space will discover a fascinating companion in her. We are looking for a quiet home for her, preferably with another sociable cat that can serve as a guide and help her gain confidence. It's important that her adopters have experience with independent-minded cats and understand that the bond with Aerys will be built slowly… but it will definitely be worth it.
