In Romania, stray dogs are encountered almost everywhere. Because there are such large numbers of dogs, not all can be helped. Therefore, animal protectors have to make daily choices about who needs help the most. However, animal protectors usually share the same view that puppies should be helped. Small puppies rarely survive without help, as they completely lack the skills and abilities to take care of themselves. Therefore, when the staff at Care for Dogs' yard heard about a litter found in a nearby town in September 2022, they immediately went to rescue the puppies. Other puppies have found their own homes over the years, but for some reason, the friendly Ibano is still waiting for the shelter kennel's chance. Ibano is a typical shelter kennel dog, a young dog who has grown up in the shelter. New situations and people are somewhat stressful for him at first, but once he gets a moment to look around, he comes curiously to greet visitors. With familiar people, he is clearly more lively and enjoys attention and pats. Ibano has often been on a leash in the shelter kennel and he really enjoys it whenever he gets out of the cage. The skills of a house dog have been diligently practiced in the shelter kennel, but the new home should still remember that moving to a new environment will definitely be strange for Iban at first. He has been easily suspicious of uncertainty in the shelter kennel, which is why he is not surrendered to an apartment. He has nicely gotten along with other dogs in the shelter kennel.

Romaniassa kodittomiin koiriin törmää lähes joka paikassa. Koska koiria on niin valtavat määrät, ei kaikkia yksinkertaisesti voi auttaa. Niinpä eläinsuojelijat joutuvat päivittäin tekemään valintoja siitä, kuka tarvitsee kipeimmin apua. Yleensä kaikilla eläinsuojelijoilla on kuitenkin sama näkemys siitä, että pentuja on autettava. Pienet pennut harvoin selviävät hengissä ilman apua, sillä heiltä puuttuu täysin taidot ja edellytykset huolehtia itsestään. Niinpä kun Care for Dogsin tarhan työntekijät kuulivat syyskuussa 2022 läheisen kaupungin laitamilta löytyneestä pentueesta, lähtivät he heti hakemaan pentuja turvaan. Pentueen muut pennut ovat vuosien mittaan löytäneet omat kodit muualta, mutta jostain syystä suloinen Ibano odottelee edelleen tarhalla omaa mahdollisuuttaan. Ibano on kovin tyypillinen tarhalla kasvanut nuori koira. Uudet tilanteet ja ihmiset ovat hänestä alkuun hieman jännittäviä, mutta saadessaan hetken tarkastella tilannetta hän tulee uteliaasti tervehtimään vieraita. Tuttujen kanssa hän on selvästi reippaampi ja nauttii huomiosta ja rapsutuksista. Ibano on tarhalla päässyt usein hihnalenkeille ja hän nauttiikin kovasti aina, kun pääsee pois häkistä. Kotikoiran taitoja onkin ahkerasti harjoiteltu tarhalla, mutta tulevan kodin on silti hyvä muistaa, että muutto uuteen ympäristöön on varmasti alkuun outoa Ibanolle. Hän on tarhalla herkästi haukkunut epävarmuuttaan, mistä johtuen häntä ei luovuteta kerrostaloon. Hän on tarhalla tullut hienosti toimeen muiden koirien kanssa.
