Otto was picked up by the dog pound along with another companion rescued by another association. Otto suddenly started losing weight, and we saw the need to rescue and help him. Otto fue recogido por la perrera junto a otra compañera rescatada por otra asociación. Otto de pronto empezó a perder peso y vimos la necesidad de rescatarlo y ayudarlo.
