His dominant behavior became too much for his owners, and they brought Pamukel to the animal shelter. Here, he was neutered and is now slowly calming down. Pamukel is not a bad guy. He is also not as tense anymore, and he lets himself be stroked and is beginning to enjoy it without immediately jumping on the arm out of excitement. However, it will take some time for him to settle in. For Pamukel, we are looking for a stress-free and quiet new home with a cat flap that allows free access. The area should be traffic-free, as Pamukel is not familiar with traffic. Children and fellow animals should not live in the household. Pamukel is also not suitable for people who party a lot or have a lot of visitors. Pamukel needs mental stimulation, even with his human. He wants to be mentally challenged. Er wurde von seinen Haltern als Einzeltier nur in der Wohnung gehalten. Kastriert war er auch nicht. Bis dann die Hormone überhandnahmen und er aus Frust seine Menschen terroriesiert hat. Wie zum Beispiel beim Vorbeigehen in die Beine springen oder auch an die Arme. Sein Machoverhalten wurde den Haltern zu viel und sie brachten Pamukel ins Tierheim. Hier wurde er kastriert und kommt nun langsam zur Ruhe. Pamukel ist kein schlechter Kerl. Er ist nun auch nicht mehr so angespannt, er lässt sich auch streicheln und fängt an sowas gut zu finden ohne gleich aus Übermut an den Arm zu springen. Allerdings wird es noch etwas dauern, bis er sich gefunden hat. Für Pamukel suchen wir ein stressfreies und ruhiges neues Zuhause mit Freigang durch eine Katzenklappe. Die Gegend sollte verkehrsarm sein, da Pamukel sich mit Straßenverkehr nicht auskennt. Kinder und Artgenossen sollten nicht mit im Haushalt leben. Auch für Menschen die viel Feiern oder viel Besuch bekommen ist Pamukel nicht geeignet. Pamukel braucht Beschäftigung, auch mit seinem Menschen zusammen. Er möchte geistig ausgelastet werden. Wie zum Beispiel mit "Klickern" oder anderen Intelligenzspiele. Scottish Fold Katzen können rassebedingte Erkrankungen bekommen. Wie zum Beispiel Herz-und Nierenerkrankungen sowie Gelenkerkrankungen.
