Joyce is a beautiful adult cat who arrived at Kisu Ry last December with six of her kittens. She had given birth in the wild, but the whole family ended up in foster care when the kittens were about two months old. Joyce has been exemplary in her care of the kittens, and all the fostered cats have already found their forever homes in February. Now it's Joyce's turn to find her own, safe forever home. In foster care, Joyce has had the last few months of a more peaceful life and has made good progress in getting along with people. However, she is still a bit shy, but she has started to enjoy being petted and has a good appetite. Using a harness is going smoothly without any issues. Joyce still fears hands, but she has started to enjoy playing and the playtime that comes with it. One of her favorite toys is the sunbeam on a climbing tree. Joyce is basically a loving and curious cat, but when she is scared, she may freeze. Joyce is looking for a home where her cat's needs will be understood and where she will be willing to give her time to adjust to a new environment and people. In foster care, Joyce has already made significant progress, and in a patient home, her lovely and curious nature will surely come out even more. Joyce could be happy either as an only cat or with a friendly cat companion, as long as the introduction is done calmly. Joyce has likely had a long-term ear infection, which is currently being treated. She will be able to move into her own home after treatment, probably in the summer. Joyce's spaying was also done in connection with her treatment, and she has recently had dental care, where the teeth were cleaned and the poor-conditioned front teeth removed. Joyce is being released spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV-tested (negative).

Joyce on kaunis aikuinen kissa, joka saapui Kisu Ry:lle viime joulukuussa kuuden pentunsa kanssa.
