He belongs to a family of dogs that have arrived quite neglected, with many fears and without the appearance of ever having known the outside world. Their owner was a very old man and has not been able to take care of them as he should. They have arrived with bad teeth, some with leishmania, and their hair was a mess of dirt turned into dreadlocks. We have to cut their hair better and bath them when we see them less scared; we have removed the dreadlocks that bothered them to walk but we don't want to invade their space too much, little by little... Babette was terrified of everything, when we put her on the leash she jumped like a runaway horse. With time and a lot of love we have managed to get her to go for a walk, she already gives us kisses when she sees us, she takes the treats gently and enjoys the caresses. He is still not very used to be on leash but everything will come... He is affectionate, sweet and sociable with dogs; he is waiting to find a family with experience with fearful dogs that will teach him the rest of the world. He deserves a better life than the one he has had.
