For the same reason I tend to bark at new dogs before I get to know them. But in general I am friendly towards other dogs, I just need to know that they are friendly too. So you see I could use a bit of training, but I am still a puppy so I think that's reasonable. Other than that I am just great and waiting here for my life to really begin.
