Tinka! As soon as you see me, you'll understand why people say I look so special. My white, salmon pink and black fur, with the black stripe across my head, makes me a real eye-catcher. But my caregivers think my character is even more beautiful than my appearance. I am an incredibly sweet and gentle kitten. As soon as you sit down next to me, I enjoy all the attention. In fact, before you know it, I'm already lying on my back so you can pet my belly. That's what I love! Playing together is one of my favorite things to do. I have a great time with a ball track or a feather on a string, but most of all I play with my brothers and sisters. Especially my brother Ted is my best friend. We both have the same calm character and like to seek each other out. That's why we secretly hope that we can find a new home together. What people often notice is how I look at them. I really make contact and keep looking at you with my big eyes. The world is still one big adventure for me. I am open-minded, curious and see everyone as a potential friend. New people are very exciting to me at first, but that doesn't last long. I quickly come to meet new people and let myself be petted. You can also lift me up; there I stay relaxed. Cuddling? I never say no to that. I am a healthy kitten and don't need special care. Because I am so social, I would miss it if I were the only cat growing up. A cat friend - and my brother Ted best of all - would make me very happy. With a quiet introduction, I could probably get used to a quiet dog too. My ideal home is a quiet and loving family where I get a lot of attention and can be myself. Whether there are children or not, as long as everyone is nice to me, I feel at ease quickly. Hoi, ik ben Tinka! Als je mij ziet, snap je meteen waarom mensen zeggen dat ik er zo bijzonder uitzie. Met mijn wit-, zalmroze- en zwartgekleurde vacht en het zwarte streepje over mijn koppie ben ik een echte blikvanger. Maar mijn verzorgers vinden mijn karakter misschien nog wel mooier dan mijn uiterlijk. Ik ben een ontzettend lief en zachtaardig poesje. Zodra je bij me komt zitten, geniet ik van alle aandacht. Sterker nog: voor je het weet lig ik al op mijn rug, zodat je mijn buikje kunt aaien. Dat vind ik heerlijk! Samen spelen is één van mijn favoriete bezigheden. Ik vermaak me prima met een ballenbaan of een hengel met een veertje, maar het allerliefst speel ik met mijn broertjes en zusjes. Vooral mijn broertje Ted is mijn grote vriend. We hebben allebei hetzelfde rustige karakter en zoeken elkaar graag op. Daarom hopen we stiekem dat we samen een nieuw thuis mogen vinden. Wat mensen vaak opvalt, is hoe ik naar ze kijk. Ik maak echt contact en blijf je met mijn grote oogjes nieuwsgierig aankijken. De wereld is voor mij nog één groot avontuur. Ik ben onbevangen, nieuwsgierig en zie in iedereen een potentiële vriend. Nieuwe mensen vind ik in het begin heel even spannend, maar dat duurt nooit lang. Al snel kom ik kennismaken en laat ik me graag aaien. Je mag me ook gerust optillen; daar blijf ik heerlijk ontspannen onder. Knuffelen? Daar zeg ik eigenlijk nooit nee tegen. Ik ben een gezond kitten en heb geen speciale zorg nodig. Omdat ik zo sociaal ben, zou ik het wel jammer vinden om als enige kat op te groeien. Een kattenvriendje – en het allerliefst mijn broertje Ted of zusje Toska– zou mij heel gelukkig maken. Met een rustige kennismaking zou ik waarschijnlijk ook best kunnen wennen aan een rustige hond. Mijn ideale thuis is een rustig en liefdevol gezin waar ik veel aandacht krijg en lekker mezelf mag zijn. Of er nu kinderen zijn of niet, zolang iedereen lief voor mij is, voel ik me al snel op mijn gemak. Denk jij dat er bij jou nog een warm plekje vrij is?
