She lived in darkness, confined in a cage. Candice is an adorable dog who is very close to humans, very affectionate and gentle even in play. She needs a firm but gentle guide (male or female) to help her, educate her, and introduce her to the world. Very active, she has trouble settling down and will need a lot of physical and mental exercise. As she knows little about the world, she tends to get stressed quickly and must be reassured and calmed. She often snaps her jaws, which can be intimidating, but it is never aggressive. Candice has a highly developed hunting instinct that will need to be taken into account during walks facing bicycles, joggers, or cars. At home, Candice is destructive. Work to make her feel safe and learn to be alone will be necessary. Although she lacks some education, she knows basic commands like "sit," "bring," "give," and is learning "stay" and recall. Intelligent, she learns very quickly and even faster if she sees it as beneficial (play, affection, treats). Candice est une adorable chienne qui est très proche de l'humain, très câline et douce même dans le jeu. Elle a besoin d'un référent ferme, mais doux (homme ou femme) pour la guider, l'éduquer et lui faire découvrir le monde. Très active, elle a du mal à se poser et aura besoin de beaucoup se dépenser, aussi bien physiquement, que mentalement. Comme elle ne connaît pas grand chose du monde , elle a tendance à vite monter en stress et doit être rassurée et calmée. Elle claque souvent des mâchoires, ce qui peut être intimidant, mais ce n'est jamais de manière agressive. Candice à un instinct de chasse très développé qu'il faudra prendre en compte lors des balades face aux vélos, joggeurs ou voitures. Dans la maison, Candice est destructrice, un travail pour se sentir en sécurité et apprendre à rester seule sera nécessaire. Même si elle manque d'un peu d'éducation, elle connaît les ordres de bases, « assis » « apporte » « donne » et est en apprentissage du « pas bougé » et du rappel. Intelligente, elle apprend très vite et encore plus si elle y voit son intérêt (jeu, câlins, friandises). Candice a donc besoin d’un maître calme, sans autre chien, connaisseur de la race, avec un grand terrain très bien clôturé (2m), qui aura du temps à lui consacrer pour la faire travailler et lui faire découvrir le monde.
