We present CHELY, a beautiful Brittany mix who was in trouble. We thought she just had a simple "heart murmur," but the surprise was that she suffers from a serious congenital condition called congenital arteriovenous shunt, meaning that oxygen-poor venous blood mixes with oxygen-rich arterial blood, and without oxygen, Chely cannot survive. Fortunately, with the help of many of you, we were able to operate on her, where she nearly died, but she pulled through. We had to operate on her again, and here she is, fighting for her life, and now she is looking for a home where she can be happy.

Os presentamos a CHELY es una preciosa cruce bretón que estaba en apuros. Creíamos que tenia un simple “soplo en el corazón” y la sorpresa ha sido que padece un grave problema coronario denominado shunt arteriovenoso congénito, es decir, la sangre venosa(que no transporta oxigeno)se mezcla con la sangre arterial(que si transporta oxigeno) y ante la falta de oxigeno Chely no puede sobrevivir. Por suerte, con ayuda de muchos de vosotros conseguimos operarla, donde casi fallece, pero salió adelante, tuvimos que volver a operarla y aquí sigue, luchando por su vida y ahora está buscando un hogar donde ser feliz.
