About CooperCooper is a sweet boy who came to the centre due to a change with his previous owners personal circumstances. He is still very young and is still learning the ways if the world. He can be a little shy when meeting new people but it really does not take him very long to come round. Cooper is a joyful, affectionate, and incredibly smart young dog. True to his spaniel heritage, he has an intense love for life, a wagging tail that never stops, and an Olympic-level sniffing ability. He treats every walk like an epic expedition and greets every new day with pure enthusiasm. When he isn't busy exploring, he loves to curl up right next to his humans for some well-deserved belly rubs. Cooper needs an active household that can match his zest for life. He is not a couch potato and will thrive with an owner who enjoys long hikes, trail runs, or agility training. Because he is so bright, Cooper will excel at puzzle toys, scent games, and interactive play to keep his mind sharp. Cooper will make you the most wonderful, loyal and loving best friend. Cooper can be a little unsure when meeting dogs for the first time, but so long as it is done in a controlled way he does get on very well with them. After a few successful meets at the centre Cooper could live with another dog and children of secondary school age.
