I am female, vaccinated, microchipped, and born in 2019. I am approximately 50 cm tall. I have been waiting since June 2023 for a new home. My caretakers say about me: Dotty is a surrender dog. Originally brought to the vet by her family for euthanasia, they no longer wanted the dog. So, Dotty ended up in animal welfare circles. Unfortunately, her adopter became ill, and so Dotty found herself at unshofft for a new chance. Dotty is compatible with fellow animals but remains always self-assured, sometimes even grumpy and demanding. If she enters a multi-dog household, this must be considered, and Dotty should also be given a chance. Otherwise, the self-assured lady asserts herself as the boss in the ring and gladly takes control. Dotty still needs to work on leash manners and obedience; she charges through life, and she must recognize that she is now safe and can trust her people. Since Dotty is familiar with family life, she should quickly catch up with the help of some nice dog training classes. There, Dotty can play and frolic with fellow animals, she exudes temperament and joy of life. Dotty is happy to be everywhere and enjoys any affection. Ideally, children are already a bit more steadfast, and small animals and cats should be tested and Dotty taught to handle other animals. Ich bin weiblich, geimpft, gechipt und 2019 geboren. Ich bin circa 50 cm groß. Ich warte seit Juni 2023 auf ein neues Zuhause. Das sagen meine Betreuer über mich: Dotty ist ein Abgabehund.Ursprünglich von ihrer Familie zum Tierarzt gebracht zur Euthanasie, man hatte keinen Bock mehr auf das Hundi. so landete dotty in Tierschutzkreisen. Leider ist ihre Adoptantin erkrankt und so landete Dotty bei unshofft auf eine neue Chance. Dotty ist verträglich mit Artgenossen, bleibt dabei aber stets selbstbewusst, bisweilen sogar zickig und fordernd.Kommt sie in einen Mehrhundehaushalt muss das beachtet und Dotty auch einmal in ihre Chancen verwiesen werden. Ansonsten mausert sich die selbstbewusste Lady zum Chef im Ring und übernimmt gern die Kontrolle. Auch an Leinenführigkeit und Gehorsam sollte noch gearbeitet werden, Dotty stürmt regelrecht durchs Leben, in dem Bereich muss sie anerkennen, das sie nun sicher ist und durchaus ihren Menschen vertrauen kann. Da Dotty das Familienleben kennt sollte mit Hilfe einer netten Hundeschule schnell aufgeholt werden. Dort kann Dotty auch mit Artgenossen spielen und toben, sie sprüht vor Temperaement und Lebensfreude. Gern ist Dotty überall mit von der Partie und genießt jegliche Zuwendung. Kinder sind im Idealfall schon etwas standhafter, Kleintiere und Katzen müsste man testen und Dotty entsprechend anlernen im Umgang mit anderen Tieren.
