Flora is the little sunshine of my family. My owners love me very much, but sometimes life plays out differently than one wishes. My owner is seriously ill - so much that I can no longer be taken care of as I need it. And together they have decided that a new loving place would be the right thing for me. A place that gives me security and makes my twilight years beautiful. It breaks their heart... and mine too a little bit. But they do it out of love for me. I am a smaller mixed breed dog, about 40 cm shoulder height, approximately 11-13 years old and naturally very sweet. I was never really a cuddly dog, but every now and then I enjoy petting very much. I get along well with other dogs and cats. Walking still works fine, only when getting up do I notice my arthritis. And yes - some little aches are just part of my age. But please... no pity. That's not what I need. What I need is people who say: "Exactly such a dog we would like to give a warm, loving home. We understand her needs and want to give her a nice, quiet twilight years." Bitte mal aufgepasst… ich bin die Flora, der kleine Sonnenschein meiner Familie. Mein Herrchen und Frauchen lieben mich sehr, aber manchmal spielt das Leben anders, als man es sich wünscht. Mein Herrchen ist schwer erkrankt – so sehr, dass ich nicht mehr so versorgt werden kann, wie ich es brauche. Und gemeinsam haben sie entschieden, dass ein neuer liebevoller Platz für mich das Richtige wäre. Ein Platz, der mir Sicherheit schenkt und meinen Lebensabend schön macht. Es bricht ihnen das Herz… und mir auch ein kleines Stück. Aber sie tun es aus Liebe zu mir. Ich bin eine kleinere Mischlingshündin, etwa 40 cm Schulterhöhe, ungefähr 11–13 Jahre alt und natürlich sehr lieb. Ein richtiger Schmusehund war ich nie, aber ab und zu genieße ich Streicheleinheiten sehr. Mit anderen Hunden und Katzen komme ich gut zurecht. Gassigehen klappt noch prima, nur beim Aufstehen merke ich meine Arthrose. Und ja – ein paar Zipperlein gehören in meinem Alter einfach dazu. Aber bitte… kein Mitleid. Das brauche ich nicht. Was ich brauche, sind Menschen, die sagen: „Genau so einer Hündin möchten wir ein warmes, liebevolles Zuhause schenken.
