He is in foster care. Fresón was wandering one night, lost and hungry, through an industrial park near our area. The police received the call and we went to get him, as we have the area pickup service. He is a domestic cat, but he must have been abandoned for some time or his owner wasn't taking proper care of him. His fur was also very unkempt, with seborrhea and many tangles. His claws were so long that even some were already embedded in his paw pads, but he was so good that he let us trim his claws despite the pain he must have been in. He lets everything be done to him, he is a very noble cat. He must have had a rough life on the streets, but he is a sweetheart. He has been at the animal shelter for a few weeks now and has put on a nice coat. He is already neutered and vaccinated. FELV-FIV test negative.

Está en casa de acogida. Fresón andaba una noche, perdido y hambriento, por un polígono industrial próximo al albergue. La policía recibió el aviso y nosotros fuimos a por él, ya que tenemos el servicio de recogida de la zona. Es un gato casero, pero debía de llevar tiempo abandonado o bien su dueño/a no se ocupaba de cuidarlo debidamente. También tenía el pelo muy descuidado, con seborrea y muchos nudos. Tenía las uñas tan largas, que incluso alguna ya la tenía clavada en las almohadillas, es tan bueno que se dejó cortar las uñas a pesar del dolor que debía tener. Se deja hacer de todo, es un gato muy noble. Ha debido de pasar mala vida en la calle viendo cómo llegó, pero es un amor Ya lleva unas semanas en el albergue y se ha puesto muy guapo.
