Year of birth: 2020 Ginger is about 6 years old and is an exceptionally calm, composed, and gentle dog. He was found near a roundabout in Przylep. He arrived at the shelter well-groomed, yet no one had been looking for him. He’s a large, beautiful dog with a gentle disposition. The noise of the shelter, the presence of many other dogs, and constant movement are a significant source of stress for him. During walks, he manages to relieve some of his tension, but often looks toward his caregiver—as if to make sure the person is nearby and that he can trust them. On walks, he doesn’t show any aggression toward other dogs. If he feels uncertain, he prefers to step back and avoid conflict. At the moment, he’s somewhat reserved and distant, but we believe that in a calm environment and with human support, he’ll gradually open up and reveal his true nature. His gentleness touches your heart, and walking with him is very pleasant and effortless. We think Ginger needs patience, a sense of security, and close human companionship most of all right now. In human company, he feels more confident and comfortable.

Na spacerach nie wykazuje agresji wobec innych psów. Jeśli czuje się niepewnie, woli odejść i uniknąć konfliktu. Obecnie jest nieco wycofany i zdystansowany, jednak wierzymy, że w spokojnym otoczeniu i przy wsparciu człowieka z czasem otworzy się i pokaże swoją prawdziwą naturę. Jego delikatność chwyta za serce, a spacery z nim są bardzo przyjemne i niewymagające. Uważamy, że Ginger najbardziej potrzebuje teraz cierpliwości, poczucia bezpieczeństwa oraz bliskości człowieka. W ludzkim towarzystwie czuje się pewniej i bardziej komfortowo.
