Meet the handsome Houdini, he can be nervous at first and may prefer to watch from a safe distance while he gets to know you. New people and unfamiliar environments can be quite overwhelming for him, so he is looking for a patient and understanding home that will give him the time and space he needs to settle in. Once he learns that you’re a friend, his true personality shines through. He then becomes a real lap cat who loves affection and spending time with his favourite people. He’s the kind of cat who forms strong bonds and will happily curl up for cuddles once his confidence grows. He would thrive in a calm, quiet home where he can settle at his own pace and build trust in his new family. For someone willing to give him a chance, the reward is a loving, affectionate companion who is sure to steal your heart Houdini will need to be the only cat in the home due to being a cat flu carrier, because he is a sensitive boy he wouldn’t be able to live with a dog however could live with calm teenagers.
