Become a sponsor My sponsors are: Dog Majka is looking for a home Her vaccination record states that the lovely Majka is almost 10 years old. Unfortunately, this cheerful soul hasn't received that information. If you meet Majka, you'd think she's a young, energetic four-legged friend. Full of joy of life, she jumps around you and always wants to be right in the middle of things. We discovered Majka several years ago in a Polish animal shelter. We were shocked when, after such a long time, we learned that this beautiful dog still had to wait there. We could only speculate whether her black coat was the reason for that. Of course, we wanted to help Majka finally find her happiness. After she arrived with us, we hardly recognized her anymore. She had gained a lot of weight and her fur was matted from head to toe. Luckily, during that time, she hadn't lost any of her positive nature and was endlessly happy that we took the time to groom her coat. She let us brush out her old-life fur very patiently and enjoyed the attention. Majka rewarded us with countless dog kisses. As already mentioned, Majka is still in top shape and active. She loves long walks and would certainly not mind extended hiking trips or dog sports. Majka prefers being where her people are. Being left alone is not yet one of Majka's strengths. She gets along well with other dogs, but we still have the impression that she doesn't like sharing "her people" with anyone else. She’s been one of many for far too long. This charming dog would love to be the center of attention once in a while. With us, Majka is perfectly house-trained and loves being petted. We also find it absolutely adorable when she proudly carries her teddy bear around the enclosure. In general, Majka is open and friendly toward strangers. If she ever feels unsure about a situation, she remains friendly but recovers quite quickly. With Majka, you’d have a joyful, active companion who still wants to explore the world. Dog Majka is looking for a home Majka (born 2016, 46 cm shoulder height) is a cheerful, agile mixed-breed dog. She reminds us a bit of a Border Collie. You wouldn’t guess her age at all. She longs for a family she can stick with through thick and thin. Dog Quentin is looking for a home Quentin (born 2012, approx. 53 cm shoulder height) is still very anxious and reserved. For many years, he spent his life in a kennel at a Romanian animal shelter. Now, in his old age, Quentin is starting a new life. He’ll still need some time to adjust and really feel at home here. Majka Rasse: Mischling Geboren: ca.19.10.2016 Im Tierheim seit: 30.05.2026 Majka ist seit 78 Tagen bei uns im Tierheim. Pate werden Meine Paten sind: Hund Majka sucht ein Zuhause ~hat Interessenten~ In ihrem Impfpass steht, dass die hübsche Majka fast 10 Jahre alt sein soll. Nur leider hat diese Frohnatur diese Info nicht bekommen. Wenn man Majka kennenlernt, würde man sie für einen jungen, knackigen Vierbeiner halten. Voller Lebensfreude hüpft sie um einen herum und möchte immer mittendrin sein. Majka haben wir vor einigen Jahren im polnischen Tierheim entdeckt. Wir waren schockiert als wir nach so langer erfuhren, dass die hübsche Hündin nach so langer Zeit immernoch dort warten musste. Ob ihre schwarze Fellfarbe der Grund dafür ist, konnten wir nur mutmaßen. Natürlich wollten wir Majka helfen endlich ihr Glück zu finden. Nach ihrer Ankunft bei uns, haben wir Majka kaum wieder erkannt. Sie hatte sehr zugenommen und hatte von oben bis unten verfilztes Fell. Zum Glück hatte sie in der Zeit aber nichts von ihrem positiven Wesen verloren und freute sich unendlich darüber, dass wir uns die Zeit für die Fellpflege genommen haben. Ganz brav ließ sie sich das Fell aus ihrem alten Leben ausbürsten und genoss die Zuwendung. Quittiert hat Majka das mit unendlich vielen Hundeküssen. Wie bereits erwähnt ist Majka noch topfit und aktiv. Sie liebt lange Spaziergänge und würde bestimmt auch nichts gegen ausgedehnte Wandertouren oder Hundesport haben. Majka ist am liebsten da, wo ihre Menschen sind. Allein bleiben gehört noch nicht zu Majkas Stärken. Mit anderen Hunden ist sie verträglich, aber trotzdem haben wir den Eindruck, dass sie „ihre Menschen“ lieber nicht teilen mag. Einer von vielen, war sie schon viel zu lange Zeit. Die bezaubernde Hündin, wäre gern einmal der Mittelpunkt des Geschehens. Bei uns ist Majka tadellos stubenrein und sie liebt es gestreichelt zu werden. Ganz bezaubernd finden wir auch, wenn sie ihren Teddybär ganz stolz durch das Gehege trägt. Grundsätzlich ist Majka offen und freundlich fremden Menschen gegenüber. Wenn sie doch einmal verunsichert von einer Situation ist, bleibt sie freundlich und fängt sich aber recht schnell wieder. Mit Majka hätten sie eine freudliche, aktive Begleiterin die, die Welt noch entdecken möchte. Kommen Sie vorbei und lernen Sie Majka persönlich kennen. Worauf warten Sie? Ein bisschen konnten wir den lieben Rüden schon kennenlernen. Eins steht fest - Nels liebt Menschen und andere Hunde. Er sprüht vor Lebensfreude und ist einfach nur glücklich, wenn sich jemand um ihn kümmert. Eine Beschreibung folgt demnächst. Hund Jaklin sucht ein Zuhause ~hat Interessenten~ Jaklin ist noch neu in unserem Tierheim. Wir haben Jaklin bisher als äußerst liebe, liebevolle und sanfte Hündin kennen gelernt, die weder mit Menschen, noch mit anderen Hunden ein Problem hat. Eine genaue Beschreibung folgt demnächst, wenn sie sich besser eingewöhnt hat. Ihr Alter merkt man Majka überhaupt nicht an. Sie wünscht sich sehnlich eine Familie, mit der sie durch dick und dünn gehen kann. Hund Quentin sucht ein Zuhause Quentin (geboren 2012, ca. 53cm Schulterhöhe) ist noch sehr ängstlich und zurückhaltend. Viele Jahre hat er im rumänischen Tierheim im Zwinger verbracht. Für Quentin beginnt nun auf seine alten Tage noch einmal ein neues Leben. Ein bisschen Eingewöhnungszeit wird er aber noch benötigen, um hier richtig anzukommen. Hund Eila sucht ein Zuhause ~hat Interessenten~ Eila (geboren 2011, ca. 58cm Schulterhöhe) ist noch sehr ängstlich und zurückhaltend. Fast ihr ganzes Leben hat sie im Zwinger im rumänischen Tierheim verbracht. Für Eila beginnt nun auf ihre alten Tage noch einmal ein neues Leben. Hund Mia sucht ein Zuhause Mia (geboren 2022, ca. 45cm Schulterhöhe) ein unheimlich ängstliche Hündin sucht ein Zuhause bei sehr geduldigen, Angsthunde-Erfahrenen Menschen mit gesichertem Grundstück und souveränen Ersthund. Hund Gizi sucht ein Zuhause Hundeomi Gizi sucht ein liebevolles Zuhause mit Haus und Garten. Richtig schön wäre es, wenn sie gemeinsam mit ihrem langjährigen Wegbegleiter Hundeopi Persy einziehen dürfte. Hund Exa sucht ein Zuhause Exa ist lieb, aber schüchtern. Nach 8 Jahren Tierheim sucht sie ein ruhiges Zuhause mit Geduld, Herz und gern einem souveränem Zweithund. Sie ist keine Sportskanone.
