Despite being nervous and a bit shy in rescue, he is still good as gold when being handled or pet. We haven’t had him in the rescue for very long just yet so he hasn’t had much time to show us his true personality. Hopefully once he finds himself a comfy home he will come out of his shell again. Louie has lived as an indoor cat so he could go to an indoor only home. Alternatively, he could go to a home with outdoor access given a long settling in period and gradual introduction to the outdoors. He is quite shy so he would settle best in a home with mature kids or a child free home. We are unsure of what Louie would think of another cat but he could go to a home with one given introductions are slow and steady. Because of his shyness, he would be best in a dog free home.
