Support and Health How much training will I need? Needs ongoing support Can I be left alone? Potentially, once settled Paddy hasn’t been left home alone much in his history, he should be able to be built up to a few hours after a settling in period and his home alone training being worked on. Do I have any medical conditions? Existing conditions Paddy has a current medical condition, namely a gait abnormality, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome them and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical conditions, be that historic or ongoing, are discussed with your own vet prior to taking them home. Due to the nature of the medical condition, a vet call with one of our onsite vets will be required before the pet goes home. Who I can live with Can I live with dogs? No Can I live with cats? Yes, conditionally - A bold, dog savvy cat following correct introductions Can I live with small pets? Yes, conditionally - Securely housed small pets that he won't have access too Additional information Paddy isn’t interested in other dogs, he is comfortable sharing space but doesn’t get much from other dogs. He can have visiting dogs who won’t pester him and will happily do their own thing. Family and environment What kind of family am I looking for? Paddy can live with children aged 11+. He is polite when meeting new people but once he’s built a relationship with you, he’s an affectionate boy who will bury his head in your lap for fuss. What type of environment would suit me? Paddy needs a secure, private garden in his new home so that he’s got a safe space to play and relax in. About Paddy Meet Paddy, a sweet and sociable boy with a big heart. He loves playtime with his favourite toys. Paddy can be a little sensitive on walks, particularly around loud noises but loves trotting around out and about otherwise. Once he feels secure, his affectionate and playful nature really shines through. Paddy will make a wonderful companion for anyone looking for a loyal and fun friend.
