Risa arrived at the shelter as a puppy with her siblings, and she has grown up thinking the kennel walls are her home. She deserves someone to see her gentle, loyal spirit. She is friendly, curious, and lively, but she is still learning about the leash, so her future owner will need patience and care to help her understand it is harmless.
