She is one of the sweetest little cats you could hope to meet. We believe River is still very young herself, at approximately 1 year old, and she has already been through quite an ordeal. She arrived with us very underweight, but with regular feeding and care, she is steadily gaining weight and growing stronger each day. River has a gentle, affectionate nature and would make a wonderful companion animal. She enjoys human company and will thrive in a home where she can receive plenty of love and attention. Once fully settled into her new home, River will need access to the outdoors so she can explore and enjoy her surroundings. For this reason, her new home should be in a safe area away from main roads or high-traffic areas. We feel River could live with children aged 6 years and over who understand how to be calm and respectful around animals. However, she would prefer to be the only pet in the household so she can relax and enjoy all the attention to herself.
