Clever, spry, and wide awake – that's our approximately 2016-born Ruby. As a Staffordshire-German Shepherd mix (around 50 cm shoulder height), Ruby came into the animal shelter as a court-ordered seizure and is not allowed to be kept in the state of Brandenburg. To make matters worse, Ruby has already passed through several hands in her relatively short life. Surprisingly positive is that she has already gathered quite a bit of life experience through her background. Ruby nevertheless demonstrates genuine manipulation talent in all life situations, constantly testing the validity of the limits set for her. The sympathetic, intelligent female dog knows exactly what she wants. For example, in Ruby's life, there is definitively no room for cats, and she is only marginally socially compatible with fellow animals. Meaning: The sympathy must be there. Ruby seeks authoritative, yet loving human leadership as well as an appropriate form of mental stimulation and engagement. Head and nose work especially bring joy to the pretty female dog. If the boundaries are clearly defined and Ruby can rely on consistent food container openers, she is simply a dream dog. Who offers the female dog a final place and balance in a federal state where her care is allowed? Gewitzt, pfiffig und hellwach - das ist unsere etwa im Jahr 2016 geborene Ruby. Als Staffordshire-Schäferhund-Mischling (ca. 50 cm Schulterhöhe) gelangte Ruby als behördliche Sicherstellung ins Tierheim und darf im Land Brandenburg nicht gehalten werden. Damit nicht genug, wurde Ruby in ihrem noch recht kurzen Leben schon durch mehrere Hände gereicht. Unerwartet positiv ist hierbei, dass sie durch ihre Vorgeschichte bereits eine ganze Menge Lebenserfahrung sammeln durfte. Ruby beweist jedoch auch wahres Manipulationstalent in allen Lebenslagen, so prüft sie die ihr gesteckten Grenzen gern immer wieder mal auf ihre Gültigkeit ab. Das symphatische, intelligente Hundemädchen weiß eben genau was es will. So ist in Rubys Leben beispielsweise definitiv kein Platz für Katzen und auch gegenüber Artgenossen zeigt sie sich nur bedingt sozialverträglich. Will heißen: Die Sympathie muss stimmen. Ruby sucht souveräne, jedoch liebevolle menschliche Führung sowie eine angemessene Form der Beschäftigung und Auslastung. Kopf- und Nasenarbeit bereiten der hübschen Hündin besonders viel Freude. Sind die Grenzen klar abgesteckt und darf sich Ruby auf ihre konsequenten Dosenöffner verlassen, so ist sie einfach nur ein Traum von einem Hund. Wer bietet der Hündin endlich einen festen Platz und Ausgeglichenheit in einem Bundesland, deren Haltung dort erlaubt ist?
