Vixie is a young mixed-breed dog, 10 months old, who arrived at our shelter following an investigation of animal neglect. She was confined to a cage in a room, never experiencing the outside world or the basics of a normal daily routine. Today, everything is new to her: potty training, walking on a leash, being alone, and living in a house... Vixie will need time, patience, and gentleness to progress and feel secure. She is a curious, friendly, and full-of-potential young dog who is discovering the world with interest. She is also very food-loving and affectionate, and quickly reveals herself once she feels at ease. Vixie is sociable: she gets along with other dogs and cats, and could live with respectful children in a stable and caring home.

Vixie est une jeune chienne croisée berger de 10 mois, arrivée au refuge suite à une enquête pour maltraitance. Elle vivait enfermée en cage, dans une pièce, sans avoir connu la vie extérieure ni les bases essentielles d’un quotidien normal. Aujourd’hui, tout est à apprendre pour elle : la propreté, la marche en laisse, la solitude, la vie en maison… Vixie aura besoin de temps, de patience et de douceur pour progresser et se sentir en sécurité. C’est une jeune chienne curieuse, avenante et pleine de potentiel, qui découvre le monde avec intérêt. Elle est également très gourmande et affectueuse, et se révèle rapidement une fois en confiance. Vixie est sociable : elle s’entend avec les chiens et les chats, et pourra vivre avec des enfants respectueux, dans un foyer stable et bienveillant.
