WILL is a little fighter: he recently underwent a major operation following a dislocated kneecap. Today, he is recovering courageously and more than ever deserves a loving home where he can continue to thrive peacefully. For his well-being, WILL will need to join a family that can offer him access to the outside, provided that it is completely secure.
