Toto krásné děvče k nám přišlo z Brightonu po tom, co utrpělo těžké zanedbávání. Když Winnie dorazila, byla slabá, vyděšená a sotva se dokázala postavit. Její tělo bylo tak dlouho ignorováno, že i obyčejný pohyb jí působil bolest. Ale s láskou, trpělivostí a oddanou péčí Flori’s Friends ji pomalu pomohli znovu nabrat sílu. Dnes je Winnie plně rehabilitovaná, v perfektném zdraví a s plnou mobilitou – a skvěle se tu na záchraně daří. Našla bezpečí, pohodu a život bez strachu. Ale Winniin cestu ještě neukončili. Její močový měchýř stále velmi těžko vyprazdňuje, a proto potřebuje neustálou podporu a dohled. Zatím zůstane na našem útulku, kde bude správně a bezpečně o ni pečováno. Winniina péče je průběžná a intenzivní a zahrnuje: pleny, ubrousky a psí podložky několikrát denně. Tyto nezbytnosti jí udržují pohodlí a zabraňují bolesti, ale mají svou cenu. This beautiful girl came to us from Brighton after suffering severe neglect. When Winnie arrived, she was weak, frightened, and barely able to stand. Her body had been ignored for so long that even simple movement was painful. But with love, patience, and dedicated care, Flori’s Friends slowly helped her rebuild her strength. Today, Winnie has been fully rehabilitated into perfect health and mobility—and she is thriving here at the rescue. She has found safety, comfort, and a life free from fear. But Winnie’s journey isn’t over. Her bladder is still very difficult to empty, and because of this she requires constant support and supervision. For now, she will remain in sanctuary with us, where she can be looked after properly and safely. Winnie’s care is ongoing and intensive, including: Nappies, wipes, and puppy pads multiple times a day These essentials keep her comfortable and pain-free, but they come at a cost.
