Basil was sadly returned to centre after showing signs of stress in his home. Since returning, Basil has settled back into the cattery with ease. He spends his days rolling around his pen and happily enjoying lots of attention from his human friends. When Basil first arrived back at the centre, he was suffering from cystitis, which we believe may have been caused by stressors in his previous home. To help support him, Basil is currently on a special urinary diet, which the branch can help with funding towards this. Thankfully, Basil hasn’t experienced another flare up since returning to the centre. However, it’s important that any future adopter is aware that his cystitis may return in the future, particularly during times of stress. Basil is such a sweet natured boy who can’t wait to find his forever home, could this be yours?
