Personality:Bruce is a very sweet natured, friendly boy. He came into our care because he became very upset and stresssed living with children. He started toileting around the house and the owners came to the sad decision it would be better for Brucie to find a quieter home. Since being in the cattery environment he has been using his litter trays well. Behaviour:Bruce loves to be around people and is a very affectionate boy. When he’s had enough strokes he will take himself off into his favourite fluffy bed where he feels safe. Housing:Bruce does get easily spooked when out exploring the cattery floor and will run back to his unit where he feels safe, so for this reason he would benefit from his own unused room to initially settle in before exploring the rest of the property, and eventually a garden. He cannot be homed in Fareham Po14 area Children/pets:Bruce is looking for a quite home to settle into with no other animals or children. Vet history:Bruce is neutered, microchipped, flea and wormed. His second vaccination is due between 19/8-26/8 at the shelter and the cost is included in the adoption fee. Bruce is a very big boy and really does need to lose weight. At the moment he’s being a little picky with his food but once he’s settled into a home would probably need to go onto proper weight management food. 4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption. Adoption fee:The adoption fee is £100. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.
