The family were found full of fleas and ticks in a garbage area at the side of a busy road. Thankfully, they were found by the RRA team who took them back to the shelter and they are now getting all the love and attention they deserve. Charlie is the most confident of the youngsters and is medium size. He is very playful and energetic and very friendly with people. He loves a tummy tickle and playing with his sibling Toffee who he shares a kennel with. Both are gaining confidence every day.
