Dušan—a roughly one-and-a-half-year-old dog—has joined our care. Despite his young age, he has already been through a challenging period. In the settlement, he was unwanted and even kept in captivity. He still wears a collar tied in a knot around his neck, so for now we’re handling him very carefully and giving him plenty of time to get used to us. Dušan is a medium-sized dog with a kind and gentle expression. Although he’s still somewhat fearful and needs to build trust, we believe that in the safe environment of the shelter, he’ll gradually become more confident and reveal his true personality. He’d be best suited to a family home with a securely fenced yard and indoor access, where he can become an integral part of the family. We won’t rush him—we’ll give him all the time he needs to rest, explore his new surroundings, and develop a bond with people. We’re confident that Dušan will grow into a wonderful companion and one day find a loving home where he’ll finally be happy.

Do našej starostlivosti pribudol Dušan – približne jeden a pol ročný psík, ktorý si napriek svojmu mladému veku prešiel náročným obdobím. V osade bol nechcený a dokonca uväzovaný. Na krku má stále obojok zviazaný na uzol, preto s ním zatiaľ manipulujeme veľmi opatrne a doprajeme mu čas, aby si na nás zvykol. Dušan je stredne veľký psík s dobrosrdečným pohľadom. Hoci sa ešte stále bojí a potrebuje získať dôveru, veríme, že v bezpečnom prostredí útulku sa postupne osmelí a ukáže svoju skutočnú povahu. Je vhodný do rodinného domu s bezpečne oploteným pozemkom a s prístupom dovnútra, kde bude môcť byť súčasťou rodiny. Nebudeme na neho tlačiť – doprajeme mu dostatok času na oddych, spoznávanie nového prostredia a budovanie vzťahu s ľuďmi. Veríme, že z Dušana vyrastie skvelý spoločník a že sa raz dočká milujúceho domova, v ktorom bude konečne šťastný.
