Forrest is about a 3-year-old dog with a wise, attentive gaze. This is a special boy who is gradually showing us his personality more boldly. In interactions with people, Forrest does not display aggression. Forrest is an energetic dog who loves activity and active walks, but can also quiet down and explore the world with his nose. He eagerly sniffs, observes his surroundings, and is getting better at finding his footing in new situations. Forrest is smart, curious about the world, and emotionally connected to humans — it’s clear that human presence is important to him. On walks, he can relax and enjoy the shared time. In interactions with other dogs, he can be unsure, but he is learning dog communication and making progress. We are looking for a caregiver who will patiently and with understanding help him find his place in a new home and show him what a peaceful, safe life by a human’s side looks like.
