Our names are Joke & Jinxie and we need our new home together! * * WE ARE A BONDED PAIR AND MUST BE ADOPTED TOGETHER * * Available: 19th November 2026 DOB: Approx. June/July 2026 Colour: Joker – Black & White. Jinxie – Ginger & White. History: We were trapped after living outside and brought into rescue. Needs: We are looking for a home together with a very patient and understanding owner who is willing to continue the work our fosterer has already put in, helping us become braver and more confident around people. We will need someone who understands that building trust takes time and is prepared to follow the guidance and advice of our fosterer to ensure we continue making progress. A calm, settled environment where we can go at our own pace will be essential. Character: We have both come on enormously since arriving in our foster home. When we first arrived, we were absolutely terrified and had no trust in humans. However, in just five weeks, we have discovered that people aren’t quite as scary as we first thought! We will now happily accept strokes, sit close by and are becoming increasingly comfortable with domestic life. We are still a little unsure when people walk around, and we sometimes scurry underneath the furniture for reassurance, but that’s all part of our journey. We both LOVE playing with our fosterer, will happily take food from their hands and are becoming very affectionate. We’re also big purr machines, and food is definitely the way to our hearts! Although we are very much a team, we each have our own little personalities. Jinxie has taken a little longer to come around but has now become the more confident and accepting of the two. Jinxie absolutely loves being stroked and will happily sit on a lap enjoying some attention. Joker also loves strokes and enjoys sitting nearby, although is still a little more nervous and unsure. Joker can sometimes bat your hand away, but with continued patience and trust, we hope this will gradually disappear. We both adore our fosterer’s resident cats and aren’t frightened of the dog either, so we could happily share our home with other friendly pets. With more time, patience and understanding, our fosterer truly believes we have the potential to become the most wonderful pair of affectionate lap cats. We just need someone willing to give us that chance. Can I live with other cats? Yes Can I live with dogs? Yes Can I live with children?
