Today, Lisia, who is in her teens, has spent most of her life in an animal shelter for homeless animals. Unfortunately, a serious illness has made it impossible for her to continue caring for Lisia. Currently, the dog lives in a home-based boarding facility. She is a sweet, sensitive, and well-mannered female dog with strong social skills. She knows how to get along with almost any dog. At the same time, she can be assertive and diplomatically set boundaries—both with other dogs and with people. At home, she’s trouble-free, quiet, and doesn’t destroy anything. She walks beautifully on a leash. During forest walks, she stays close to the person she trusts. However, gaining Lisia’s trust takes effort, as she doesn’t immediately trust every person she meets. Towards unfamiliar people, she tends to remain somewhat distant and cautious—but she can usually overcome this quickly. She just needs time, patience, space, and the right to make her own choices. This principle also applies to children; therefore, building positive relationships with kids will likewise require time and effort. For a calm and balanced person, Lisia can become a fantastic companion both at home and during shorter or longer hikes. She particularly loves hiking in the forest. She would definitely be happy to live with another dog—or even several dogs—provided that all the dogs know how to maintain proper canine etiquette in their interactions with each other. Kilkunastoletnia dziś Lisia większość swojego życia spędziła w schronisku dla bezdomnych zwierząt. Niestety ciężka choroba odebrała mu możliwość dalszej opieki nad Lisią. Aktualnie sunia mieszka w domowym hoteliku. Jest miłą, wrażliwą i kulturalną suczką o sporych kompetencjach społecznych. Wie, jak dogadać się niemal z każdym psem. Jednocześnie potrafi być asertywna i dyplomatycznie postawić granice zarówno psom jak i ludziom. W domu jest bezproblemowa, cicha, nie niszczy. Pięknie chodzi na smyczy. Podczas spacerów po lesie pilnuje się człowieka, któremu ufa. Jednak na zaufanie Lisi trzeba zapracować, bo nie od razu i nie każdego napotkanego człowieka obdarza ufnością. Wobec nieznanych osób jest raczej zdystansowana i ostrożna ale dość szybko potrafi to przełamać. Potrzebuje tylko czasu, cierpliwości, przestrzeni i prawa wyboru. Ta zasada również dotyczy dzieci, dlatego pozytywne jej relacje z dziećmi też wymagać będą czasu i pracy. Dla spokojnej i zrównoważonej osoby Lisia może stać się fantastyczną towarzyszką zarówno w domu jak i podczas krótszych i dłuższych wędrówek. Najbardziej lubi wędrówki po lesie. Zdecydowanie może zamieszkać z drugim psem a nawet większą ilością psów pod warunkiem, że będą umiały zachować zasady psiego savoir-vivre we wzajemnych relacjach. Akceptuje koty.
