She walks nicely alongside polite dogs and would enjoy regular walking companions to help build her confidence. Tennis balls are also high on Mabel's list of favourite things, bringing out her playful side and reminding everyone that beneath her initial shyness is a fun-loving young dog. Mabel is a lovely 3-year-old Labrador Cross Poodle with a gentle heart and so much potential waiting to flourish in the right home. While she may be a little shy when meeting new people, it doesn't take long before her sweet nature begins to shine through. Mabel is looking for a patient and understanding home that can help her continue building her confidence at her own pace. She would like to be the only pet in the home, allowing her to fully settle into family life, but she could happily enjoy having canine walking friends. Mabel would benefit from adopters with behavioural experience or those who are willing to learn, as she can sometimes display appeasement behaviours.
