Nitka ma około dwóch lat, bardzo potrzebuje cierpliwości i bezpiecznego kąta, w domu pełnym spokoju i wyrozumiałości. Nitka boi się otwartych przestrzeni, nagłych ruchów i hałasu - świat ją na razie przytłacza. Do człowieka podchodzi z ogromną uległością i nieśmiałością. Jeszcze nie czuje się pewnie, ale z całych sił próbuje zaufać człowiekowi na nowo. W stosunku do psich towarzyszy trzyma dystans i jasno wyznacza granice, tu również potrzebuje chwili by poczuć się pewniej. Nitka szuka spokojnego człowieka, który da jej czas i poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Za tą nieśmiałością kryje się pies, który odwdzięczy się ogromnym przywiązaniem i piękną relacją.
