Though he hasn't yet fully shown his character, it's clear that there is a lot of warmth and tenderness within him. Czarny Norman trafił do schroniska z ul. Dożynkowej. Norman to piesek, który na razie jest trochę wycofany i ostrożny wobec świata. W jego spokojnym spojrzeniu widać ciekawość, ale też potrzebę czasu, by poczuć się bezpiecznie. Najlepiej odnajduje się w cichym otoczeniu, gdzie może wszystko obserwować z dystansu i powoli się oswajać. Choć jeszcze nie pokazuje w pełni swojego charakteru, widać, że drzemie w nim dużo ciepła i delikatności.
